My name is Shameem Ahmed. I am a Ph.D. student in iSchool at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. Professor Kate Williams advises me. I am currently working in Community Informatics Research Lab.

I completed my BSc in Computer Science and Engineering department from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh, where I spent almost one year working as a lecturer. I did my MS in Math, Stat, and Computer Science department from Marquette University, Wisconsin, USA under supervision of Professor Sheikh Iqbal Ahamed. I also completed my 2nd MS from Computer Science at University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign under supervision of Professor Klara Nahrstedt.
